Feb 12th  Topics:  This was our kickoff meeting for 2026 held in person at the Main library.   Agenda included:  2025 Year in Review,  introducing the Board of Directors,  focus areas for 2026, and the 2025 Recognition Awards presentation.  Recipients were Phil Fetterman, Bob Harper and Ed Lagucki.   Additionally,  approval of the annual 2026 operating budget,  membership campaign update and a sneak peak at the member meetings for the balance of 2026.    The night's guest speaker was Trey Williams,  Deputy Sec of State for Communications and Policy to discuss the topic of Louisiana's Closed Primary System.    See the attached presentation:   Closed Primaries
