Nominating Committee annually (Aug thru Nov timeframe) is to contact, vet, and recommend nominees for those Board of Director positions that are expiring at the end of the current year. Meetings of the Committee are closed (due to the confidential nature of the discussions) except for the Committee members and Vice-President / Membership Committee Chairperson or their designee. .

Terms of Office

The Nominating Committee is commissioned annually (on an interim basis) and dissolved after all work is completed, usually following the election of Directors at the Annual Meeting in November.
