Instructions:   for NEW memberships only at any time during the year 

1. A requirement of Membership is that your association is IN GOOD STANDING with the La Sec of State's Office for non-profit corporations.  You can check your status here: LA SoS
2. Your association board must be under control of the property owners -  not the declarant (developer)
3. Complete the on-line Membership form below.
   • Select Association Size (based on the # of lots) .   This will determine your annual dues tier.
   • Designate  your Authorized Delegate (AD) .     Review the AD Role doument;  AD Role
   • We recommend including these additional association contacts:   President,  Treasurer
4. Select your payment method (check or electronically through the system)

 Existing members:    you will receive a renewal invoice emailed in January
