Legislative Task Force is a subcommitee of the Governmental Affairs committee and is responsible for monitoring bills introduced annually in the State Legislature which have a potential impact on our member HOAs.   The committee provides for analysis of the impact of that legislation and takes appropriate action to communicate,  educate and advocate on behalf of our membership. The task force also monitors Federal legislation that has the potential to impact our HOAs.   The committee is generally active during the State Legislative sessions from March - June of each calendar year.
