CPIDs (Crime Prevention and Improvement Districts) is a network of 39 EBRP home owners associations (about half of which are Federation members). The group meets to network and discuss issues of common interest.  Although CPIDs are not an official committee of the Federation,  we have partnered with these political subdivisions of the state because a requirement to form a CPID is to have an established HOA in place.
